Shipping & Order Info

Restocks:

We restock our shop each Sunday at 7pm central time! Information about upcoming releases can be found on our social media accounts and in our "Pahlish Lovers" Facebook fan group!

Shipping:

Processing time for orders is typically 3-5 business days. (Please note that this will be 5-10 business days during sales/events)

All items are shipped via USPS with tracking information provided. 

 

All missing/damaged packages will be replaced or refunded based on the customer's preference.

Please note that due to current customs delays outside of our control, international packages will only be considered "lost" 60 days after the last recorded scan.  We are aware that this is a large gap but in most cases we find that these orders do arrive in that time period due to lack of scans in many countries and customs facilities, this has been greatly impacted by the current pandemic and we appreciate your patience at this time!
